If you check your store on Tag assistant and see that there are 2 "default consent" events is sent, like this:
The reason why is from Conversion Tracking on Google & Youtube channel. Please consider to turn it off or contact Google to fix it
When you turn off Conversion Tracking, your Tag assistnant will look like this
